Restoration Family Counseling Inc. and Restoration First Responder Network Inc., founded and led by Sherie Mahlberg, are California-based organizations united by a shared mission: to provide comprehensive care and unwavering support to first responders and their families. Our journey began with Sherie's vision to bridge the gap between the behavioral health field and the specific challenges faced by those in law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency dispatch.

Sherie, brings a profound understanding of both behavioral health and the intricacies of the first responder culture. With a lineage deeply rooted in the service of others, Sherie's personal experiences as the wife of a battalion chief and mother to a police officer have illuminated the critical need for tailored support within the first responder community.
